Payment Policy

Because of the custom nature of Suspend-It Seating products, Suspend-It Seating requires a non-refundable payment deposit of 50% at the time that your order is placed. The remaining balance due must be paid in full before the product will be shipped.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of all measurements before Suspend-It Seating begins production on your order. Suspend-It Seating will custom build your seating system based upon the measurements that you provide when your order is placed. The business or individual who provides the measurements and/or drawings is solely responsible for their accuracy. All Suspend-It Seating orders considered to be custom and are not refundable and cannot be returned. If you desire Suspend It Seating to rework any part to the corrected dimensions, additional charges will apply.

If a mistake is made and your custom bar frames or table frame are not built as shown on your drawing or measurements, our liability is limited to the re-manufacture of the part to the correct dimensions.

Shipment Policy

Suspend It Seating will process and ship most orders within ten business days from the order date. All orders must be paid in full before product will be shipped. Most Bar Frame and Table Frame orders will be shipped via a common carrier truck line. Some chair styles may take up to six weeks to ship from the chair manufacturer and may be delivered separately and at a later date than the bar frames.

Order Cancellation: All orders are typically processed and shipped within five to ten business days. This means that any person desiring to cancel an order must do so within four business days of placing the order. Any order cancelled within the four day grace period will not be subject to the 50% restocking fee.

Any order cancelled on or after the fifth day will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Additional charges such as shipping and recovery costs will be charged if the equipment has been shipped out prior to the cancellation of your order. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. All sales are final and product returns are not accepted.

All invoices are due and payable at the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. A late charge of 2% monthly (24% annually) will be charged on all late accounts. Title to any equipment or merchandise shall not pass to the purchaser until all sums due are paid in full. Suspend It Seating accepts cash, checks, visa, master card and American Express. All returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee. Purchaser agrees to pay all court costs and attorneys fees should collection proceedings be required.

Personal information such as your name, address, phone number and credit card details will be required to complete your order. Suspend It Seating agrees to keep your information confidential. When orders are placed over the phone, Suspend It Seating agrees to shred your credit card details immediately upon completion of your order being processed.
